5. WhatsApp Compliance

ChatNim operates as a platform that integrates with the WhatsApp Business API.

Users must comply with:

  3. Local and international data protection regulations

ChatNim is not responsible for account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by WhatsApp due to user behavior.


6. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

By purchasing a subscription you agree that:

  2. Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan
